5. Payments & Refund Policy

A. Payment Terms

• Payments are due on the specified date in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

B. No Refund Policy

• Services once initiated are non-refundable.

• Viral Goggles will not be liable for any failure or delay caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., platform downtime, technical issues, or policy changes).

6. Intellectual Property

• Any content, logos, designs, or creative materials produced by Viral Goggles for the Client will remain the property of Viral Goggles until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, the Client will have full rights to the deliverables, except for any third-party materials incorporated into the deliverables (which remain the property of their respective owners).

• Content on the Viral Goggles website, including text, images, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any material without prior written permission.
